SCRAPBOOK DAY SAT., FEB. 6:  Area residents are invited to participate in a free "Scrapbook Day" at the West End Library from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Sat., Feb. 6.  No speakers or presentations are scheduled, just a day of sharing ideas and conversation.  Participants may bring a lunch and stay or the whole day or be there for just a part of it.  Scrapbooking supplies will not be provided.

VALENTINE'S DAY PROGRAM THURS., FEB. 11:  The whole family is invited to celebrate Valentine's Day at the West End Library from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thurs., Feb. 11.  The program will include crafts, stories, and a special snack.  Children are welcome to wear their warm pajamas and slippers.  Please register so that enough materials and snacks will be available.

AFTERNOON CRAFT PROGRAMS:  The West End Library will offer an after-school craft program for children in kindergarten through fourth grade on Mondays at 4 p.m. excluding holidays through May 17.  Please sign up to attend so that enough materials will be available. 

PRESCHOOL STORY TIMES:  Preschool story times for children from birth to age 5 (along with their parents or guardians) will be offered at the West End Library on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. through May 18.  The free, 45-minute programs include stories read out loud, songs, music, and movement.  Please register to attend so that enough seating can be arranged.
